Will you restock sold out items?

No - all vintage items are one-of-a-kind and any new items are made in small batches that will not be restocked. If you can’t live without a piece & missed out, feel free to email us about a custom order where we can possibly make you something similar. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but shipping costs may vary or fluctuate depending on location and weight. Customer is responsible for any import fees.

Can I return something if it doesn’t fit?

All sales are final. Please take care to read descriptions and measurements completely and please treat vintage items delicately.  

I made multiple orders during a drop. Do you combine shipping?

Absolutely! Feel free to reach out to let us know and we can refund you for any extra shipping paid. 

Will my item arrive in a branded box?

Sometimes, although please note we do reuse boxes and shipping materials to lessen our impact on the environment. Rest assured we take care to make sure the inside of your package still feels special. 

What’s the best way to ensure longevity of my item?

Most Reliquia pieces are very old, delicate, and require special care. While they are meant to last, they are not meant to be your everyday jewelry, but moreso for special occasions. Even with precious metal items, please remove when showering, swimming, working out, etc. and handle with love and care.
